Die Gegend

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, auf dem Hügel Esquilin, dem höchsten der berühmten sieben Hügeln Roms, der sich vom Kolosseum bis zum Hauptbahnhof Termini erstreckt. Dieses Stadtviertel erlebt heute durch seine multikulturellen Einwohner und Weltoffenheit eine Phase großer Erweiterung und Erneuerung. Es zieht viele junge Künstler hierher, die hier ihre Ateliers eröffnen und die Gegend lebhafter und moderner machen.

Die Basilika Santa Maria Maggiore, die Via Nazionale mit ihren vielen Geschäften, das Kolosseum und das Forum Romanum, der Campidoglio, der Palazzo Massimo, die Caracalla-Therme und San Pietro in Vincoli mit ihrem atemberaubenden Moses des Michelangelo, können alles Ziele kurzer Spaziergänge werden. Wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich auch die U-Bahn Station Vittorio Emanuele, durch die ihr bequem die Spanischen Treppe und den Petersdom erreichen könnt.

Die Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (mit Aufzug) eines Altbaus vom Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts. Das große Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Doppelbettcouch (160x190 cm), einem runden, ausziehbaren Esstisch, einer Kochecke mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Gasherd, Ofen, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es hier eine Klimaanlage.
Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, und auch hier gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die man aber auf Anfrage auch zusammenstellen kann um ein Doppelbett daraus zu machen. Im dritten Schlafzimmer steht nur ein Einzelbett, aber man kann, wenn die Gäste es so möchten, ein weiteres Einzelbett hinzufügen.

Darüber hinaus haben wir ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Die Wohnung kann maximal acht Personen beherbergen wenn man auch die Bettcouch im Wohnzimmer dazu zählt. Hinzu bieten wir auch kostenloses W-LAN, Fernsehen, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett an.

Vom Flughafen aus

Taxi Service

Auf Eure Anfrage hin empfängt Euch ein Fahrer bei den Flughäfen Fiumicino oder Ciampino, um euch bis an Eure Wohnung zu bringen. Ihr könnt diesen Service einfach mit einer E-Mail bestellen, in der Ihr uns die Details Eures Fluges angebt.

Vom Flughafen Leonardo da Vinci – Fiumicino aus

Nehmt den Stadtzug bis zum Hauptbahnhof Termini. Verlasst ihn in Richtung Piazza dei Cinquecento aus und geht nach links in die Via Cavour. Biegt die erste Straße links ab in die Via Giovanni Amendola, die nach wenigen Metern zur Via Filippo Turati wird.

Vom Flughafen Ciampino aus

Ab Ciampino nehmt den Bus CO.TRA.L bei der Haltestelle “Arrivi Bus” bis zur U-Bahn Station “Anagnina” und von hier aus die U-Bahn zum Bahnhof Termini. Verlasst ihn in Richtung Piazza dei Cinquecento aus und geht nach links in die Via Cavour. Biegt die erste Straße links ab in die Via Giovanni Amendola, die nach wenigen Metern zur Via Filippo Turati wird.

We really liked the apartment! It's perfectly suitable for sightseeing because of its location.
The beds over here are awesome. I can sleep for like 24 hours in a row in these comfortable soft babys.
Another sweet thing are the two bathrooms.

Sólo nos quedan unas horas para volver a España y lo hacemos con pena y con gana de volver a Roma, cosa que si hacemos lo haremos sin duda a esta casa, en la cual te sientes muy agusto y con todas la comodidades para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones.
