Die Gegend

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Roms in dem eleganten Wohnviertel Prati, wenige Meter vom Petersdom und den vatikanischen Museen entfernt.

Das Stadtviertel Prati ist bekannt für seine großen Straßen, die schönen Plätze, und die eleganten Gebäude, die am Ende des letzten Jahrhunderts gebaut wurden.Es ist eine belebte und attraktive Gegend, vor allem was das Einkaufen betrifft, mit vielen Geschäften und einer großen Anzahl an Restaurants und Lokalen. Sie ist auch sehr gut mit dem Rest der Stadt verbunden, dank der vielen Buslinien und der U-Bahn Linie A (Haltestelle San Pietro-Ottaviano).

Die Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stockwerk eines alten Gebäudes mit Aufzug. Sie ist 60 qm groß und kann 5 Personen beherbergen. Der Parkettboden in allen Räumen schenkt der Wohnung eine warme Atmosphäre.

Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und es steht auch ein aufklappbares Einzelbett zur Verfügung.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen großen Esstisch, ein bequemes Doppelsofabett, Klimaanlage, Satellitenfernsehen, CD und DVD Player und kostenloses W-LAN.

Die Küche, vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt, ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Spülmaschine.

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden automatisch geregelt und in dem Bad mit Dusche und Wanne steht den Gästen auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

Taxi Service

Auf Eure Anfrage hin empfängt Euch ein Fahrer bei den Flughäfen Fiumicino oder Ciampino, um euch bis an Eure Wohnung zu bringen. Ihr könnt diesen Service einfach mit einer E-Mail bestellen, in der Ihr uns die Details Eures Fluges angebt.

Vom Flughafen Leonardo da Vinci – Fiumicino aus

Nehmt den Zug Richtung Termini, dort die U-Bahn Linie A in Richtung “Battistini” und steigt bei der Haltestelle "San Pietro - Ottaviano" aus. Die Wohnung liegt nur zirka 350 Meter entfernt.

Vom Flughafen Ciampino aus

Nehmt den Bus CO.TRA.L. bei der Haltestelle “Arrivi Bus” bis zur U-Bahn Station “Anagnina” und von hier aus die U-Bahn Richtung “Battistini”. Steigt bei der Haltestelle “San Pietro - Ottaviano” aus. Die Wohnung liegt nur zirka 350 Meter entfernt.

Ab dem Bahnhof

Im Hauptbahnhof Termini nehmt Ihr die U-Bahn Linie A in Richtung “Battistini” und steigt bei der Haltestelle "San Pietro - Ottaviano" aus. Die Wohnung liegt nur zirka 350 Meter entfernt.

Parkplatz

Öffentlicher Parkplatz bei der U-Bahn Haltestelle “Cipro-Musei Vaticani”.

Mon mari Claude, et moi-même avons grandement apprécié l?appartement AP10 ?Vaticano à cause de sa situation stratégique tout près du Vatican, de son accessibilité au métro et de sa vie de quartier en soirée avec les Romains. L?endroit est plutôt tranquille pour Rome et la petite brise du soir sur les hauteurs de Rome était des plus agréable surtout après une journée de visite à 30ºC.

L?appartement comme tel est bien rénové et bien pourvu en literie et accessoires pour cuisiner. À notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié l?accueil et les explications de la personne responsable. L?appartement était propre et l?ameublement en bon état. Dans notre cas, nous avons peu utilisé la cuisine, nous bornant à y préparer le petit déjeuner. Nous allions chercher des plats tout préparés dans un des nombreux restaurants, supermarchés, traiteurs ou pâtisseries à distance de marche. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le Mercato Trionfale. Les produits y sont frais et à bons prix. L?espace repas-salon de l?appartement nous permettait de manger en toute tranquillité et selon notre horaire.

L?appartement était climatisé, heureusement, car pendant toute la semaine les températures frôlaient les 30 ºC. Dans la chambre aucun problème, le climatiseur fonctionnait bien et permettait de maintenir une température agréable pendant la nuit.

L?Internet sans fil nous a permis de rester en contact avec nos proches et de transmettre nos questions aux responsables. Il n?y a pas de téléphone filaire dans l?appartement et les cellulaires d?Amérique du Nord doivent être débloqués pour pouvoir fonctionner en itinérance en Europe.

Nous avons utilisé le service de réservation de taxi à prix fixe (aller-retour) pour l?aérogare qui s?est révélé des plus efficaces avec un service impeccable. À notre arrivée, malgré un retard de 4 heures de notre vol et une grève générale déclenchée la journée même, notre chauffeur nous attendait?quel soulagement après un vol de plus de 8 heures et un décalage de 6 heures. Un plus qui en vaut le coût!

Nous avons facilement visité les grandes attractions de Rome à partir de l?appartement uniquement avec les transports en commun.
Nous avons tellement apprécié cet appartement que nous songeons à y retourner l?an prochain en début d?octobre alors que la température sera plus tempérée. Quel est le délai de réservation pour nous assurer de retenir le même appartement?

Nous avons déjà publicisé et recommandé auprès de nos amis voyageurs vos services et vos appartements.

A superbly furnished apartment and an excellent location for seeing Rome. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by, and you can see the queue for the Vatican from the apartment.

Bonjour,
pour nous les vacances sont finies, mais elles resteront la source de nombreux souvenirs.
La ville, les églises, les monuments, l'Histoire, les glaces ... , nous avons pu savourer tout cela sans soucis parce que nous disposions d'un appartement bien situé, bien équipé et très agréable.
