Die Gegend

Wir befinden uns in einem der ältesten Wohnvierteln Roms, zwischen Piazza Navona und Campo de’ Fiori und San Pietro, versunken im Labyrinth der kleinen Gassen des Zentrums.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter vom Castel Sant’Angelo entfernt und die Nähe zum Tiber macht es für den Gast viel einfacher, ein öffentliches oder privates Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen.

Die Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Via dei Cimatori, einer kleinen und ruhigen Seitenstraße der berühmten und antiken Via Giulia, mitten im römischen Stadtzentrum im ersten Stockwerk eines Gebäudes aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei großen und hellen Räumen, Küche und Bad. Man sieht anhand der Fotos, dass es sich um ein gepflegtes Ambiente handelt. Das Bad ist mit einem hochwertigen Holzmöbelstück und einem großen Spiegel ausgestattet und besitzt ein in einer eleganten Marmortischplatte eingefasstes Waschbecken.

Die charakteristische Balkendecke und die Ruhe der römischen Gassen machen aus der Wohnung den perfekten Ort für romantische und ruhige Ferien.

Das Apartment kann 5 Personen beherbergen, dank eines Doppelsofabettes, einem “Sesselbett” und dem Schlafzimmer. Auf Anfrage kann noch ein Klappbett ins Schlafzimmer für eine eventuelle sechste Person gestellt werden.

Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlange, Waschmaschine und kostenlosem W-LAN ausgestattet.

Vom Flughafen aus

Taxi Service

Auf Eure Anfrage hin empfängt Euch ein Fahrer bei den Flughäfen Fiumicino oder Ciampino, um euch bis an Eure Wohnung zu bringen. Ihr könnt diesen Service einfach mit einer E-Mail bestellen, in der Ihr uns die Details Eures Fluges angebt.

Vom Flughafen Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino aus

Nehmt den Stadtbus bis zum Hauptbahnhof Termini. Von hier aus nehmt Ihr den Bus Nr. 64 in Richtung San Pietro, der auf der Höhe vom Largo Tassoni auf dem Corso Vittorio Emanuele hält (die Haltestelle nach "Chiesa Nuova"). Die Haltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt: die Via dei Cimatori ist tatsächlich gegenüber vom Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Die Gesamtdauer der Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Wohnung beträgt etwa 45 min. mit dem Taxi und etwa eineinhalb Stunden mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Vom Flughafen Ciampino aus

Nehmt den Bus CO.TRA.L bei der Haltestelle “Arrivi Bus” bis zur U-Bahn Station “Anagnina” und von hier aus die U-Bahn Richtung Rom Termini. Von hier aus nehmt Ihr den Bus Nr. 64 in Richtung San Pietro, der auf der Höhe vom Largo Tassoni auf dem Corso Vittorio Emanuele hält (die Haltestelle nach "Chiesa Nuova"). Die Haltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt: die Via dei Cimatori ist tatsächlich gegenüber vom Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

Ab dem Bahnhof

Ab dem Hauptbahnhof Termini könnt Ihr entweder ein Taxi bis zum Apartment oder den Bus Nr. 64 in Richtung San Pietro nehmen, der auf der Höhe vom Largo Tassoni auf dem Corso Vittorio Emanuele hält (fragt nach der Haltestelle nach "Chiesa Nuova"). Die Haltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt: die Via dei Cimatori ist tatsächlich gegenüber vom Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Die Fahrt im Bus dauert etwa 20 Minuten und ist im Taxi etwas kürzer.

The weather was very rainy, but the warm and dry apartment was wonderful. We enjoyed having room to stretch, a kitchen for cooking, and a a pleasant location. The apartment service was helpful and attentive. It was fun to visit Rome while Christmas preparations were underway. There is always too much to do, too much to see. We'll just have to visit again!

I Just wanted to thank you all for the best assistance I could imagine !!! and especially Mr Antonio. He helped to find a solution for our stay in Rome just half day before our arrival. Even with only 12 hours notification he managed to find a greate options (right away when I call) and arranged our stay (first 3 nights in AP18 Cavour apartment and remaining 11 days in AP01 Via Giulia apartment). Both apartments we were offered were comfortable, clean, safe and located within historical areas of city. It felt like home :)
